About Field Days
Built to get flogged
Field Days started in 2019 with Matt Field filming his fishing, camping and catch-and-cook trips around Australia. Two million subscribers later, the gear we use on those trips is the gear we sell: designed by Matt, tested on real fish and real Aussie weather. Got questions?
1. How fast do you ship?
We aim to ship out orders placed before noon on the same day, if we miss the same day shipping its usually the next day. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details so you can follow its progress.
2. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. Available shipping options and costs depend on your destination and will be shown at checkout.
If you can’t find a shipping option for your address, email shop@fielddaysshop.com and we’ll check what’s available.
3. What’s your returns policy?
For change-of-mind returns, eligible full-priced items must be received back by Field Days within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, unwashed and unaltered, with any tags attached, original packaging and proof of purchase.
Email shop@fielddaysshop.com before sending anything back so we can provide the correct return address and instructions. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Return postage is at your expense for change-of-mind returns, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. Sale and discounted items are excluded from change-of-mind returns.
4. How do I pick my jersey size?
Our Savage Elements jerseys fit true to size with a relaxed athletic cut. Start with your usual size and check the size guide on the product page before ordering.
If you’re between sizes or prefer extra room for layering, we recommend sizing up. Need a hand? Email shop@fielddaysshop.com
5. What if my Noodle Rod breaks?
If your Noodle Rod breaks or snaps within 30 days of placing your order, we’ll send you a brand-new replacement rod free of charge. Email shop@fielddaysshop.com with your order number and we’ll get it sorted.
If it’s been more than 30 days since you placed your order, email us with your order number, clear photos and videos of the broken rod, and a brief explanation of what happened. Our team will review the information, assess the damage and confirm the appropriate replacement or other solution.
