        Thank you so much for your order, your support means a lot to us and we hope you are loving the products as much as we do!

        IMPORTANT

        Please double check all the shipping information, and make sure your name and address is CORRECT and COMPLETE. (Especially including unit/appartment number) to avoid any additional fee.

        We are using a warehouse system to ensure your package will get send to you as soon as possible, and thus there is only a very short time window for you to change an order you have already submitted and paid for. We will, of course, do our best to help you out but we can not guarantee that we will be able to, before the package is already sent out for delivery.

        In case you have filled incorrect or incomplete shipping information, make sure to contact us on fielddaysshop@gmail.com as soon as possible and we will let you know if we can still change the information. Please be aware that there is $10 aud fee charged by our warehouse staff, in case the package hasn't left the warehouse yet.

        In case the order has been shipped out already, we won't be able to change the address as Australia Post doesn't allow any changes to the address from our side. If you have an account with Aus Post - MyPost Account, you might be able to redirect the package yourself - only receiver can do these changes.

        In case your order has been shipped out already, the order will get eventually returned back to us for $12 aud fee from Aus Post, then there will be additional $3 aud fee for re-sending the parcel from the warehouse to you again as well as the postage fee.

         

        In case you need or want to return your ordered item/items, that's not a problem! To ensure everyone's satisfaction, we will accept every return on any full-priced or sale item as long as:

        • The item or items are returned within 30 days of purchase together with original proof of purchase.

        • The item or items are returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, and unwashed in the original packaging.

        How do I return an item?

        In case you want to return your ordered item or items, please send us an email at fielddaysshop@gmail.com and we will hook you up with the return address.

        After we receive the item/items, we will quickly check the condition. As long as the above guidelines have been followed we will issue the refund purchase price to you (excluding the original shipping cost). The payment will be sent directly to the original method of payment used for purchase.

        We do our best to process refunds as soon as they are received but please allow up to 7 business days for returns to be processed. We will send you an email notification of the status of your refund once finalized.

        Unfortunately, we can not refund initial shipping fees for items returned, other than for faulty items. Field Days is not liable for the loss of garments being returned. We recommend you use a traceable delivery method and keep a record of your tracking number.

        Do I have to pay for shipping the return?

        Subject to our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law or similar legislation, for any return you will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return any unwanted items. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the refund. We recommend sending via a traceable method for peace of mind and to retain the proof of postage until you have received confirmation that your return has been processed.

        What if my item is defective?

        We are really sorry if an item you have received is not in perfect condition! Please follow the returns process above. We will meet our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law or similar legislation which may include replacing the item if the stock is available or giving you a refund upon receiving your faulty item back.

        What If I Receive an Incorrect Item?

        If you have received an item you did not order or are missing an item you ordered, please email us at fielddaysshop@gmail.com and we will make it right in the soonest time possible!

         

        Can I exchange an item?

        Yes, you can definitely exchange an item, just please keep in mind, that our merch is selling fast. And therefore we can not guarantee the availability of your newly chosen item after the exchange process.

        If you want to make sure you will be able to get your chosen item or size, we recommend purchasing the new item immediately and following the returns process for a refund of your original order.
