Why it hits different

Why it bends like that (and doesn’t snap)

Stiff finesse rods make small fish feel like nothing.

01 · The problem

Stiff finesse rods make small fish feel like nothing.

Whiting, bream and flathead deserve a fight you can actually feel.

Premium wrapped carbon that bends deep into the fight.

02 · The design

Premium wrapped carbon that bends deep into the fight.

It flexes through the blank instead of loading up in the tip, so it soaks up sudden lunges on light line.

We’ve landed an 85 cm snapper on one.

03 · The proof

We’ve landed an 85 cm snapper on one.

Built for everyday light-tackle fishing, tested on fish it was never meant for.

FAQ

Got questions?

1. What happens if my Noodle Rod breaks or snaps?

If your Noodle Rod breaks or snaps within 30 days of placing your order, we’ll send you a brand-new replacement rod free of charge. Email shop@fielddaysshop.com with your order number and we’ll get it sorted.

If it’s been more than 30 days since you placed your order, email shop@fielddaysshop.com with your order number, clear photos and videos of the broken rod, and a brief explanation of what happened. Our team will review the information, assess the damage and confirm the appropriate replacement or other solution.

2. When will my order arrive?

Delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping service. Once your order has been dispatched, use your tracking details to follow its progress.

Need an estimated delivery timeframe or help tracking your order? Email shop@fielddaysshop.com and our team will help.

3. Do you offer returns?

Yes. For change-of-mind returns, eligible full-priced items must be received back by Field Days within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, unaltered and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Email shop@fielddaysshop.com before sending your item back so we can provide the correct return address and instructions. Return postage is at your expense for change-of-mind returns, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

These conditions apply to change-of-mind returns and do not limit your rights for faulty products under Australian Consumer Law. See our full Returns Policy for details.

4. What reel and line should I use?

We recommend a small spinning reel in the 2000–2500 size range, paired with PE 0.6–1 braided line. Matt uses a Stradic 2500—a 2500-size reel is the largest we recommend for the Noodle Rod.

5. Why is the Noodle Rod so flexible?

The Noodle Rod’s hollow-wrapped carbon blank is designed to bend deeply under load, helping absorb sudden lunges when fighting fish on light line. That flexibility is what makes it so much fun to fish with.

6. What comes in the box?

You’ll receive one two-piece Noodle Rod and a carry case for storage and transport.
