Shipping within Australia
All orders within Australia can be sent by Standard Post or by Express Post. The shipping rate is based on the weight of the products in your order.
Express Post
Express Post means fast delivery - usually the next business day within the Australian capital cities and major metro areas.
Regional areas outside the express post network may be 2-5 days.
When your order is dispatched you will be notified and a tracking number will be provided to you to track your order. The tracking number and notifications are sent to the email address that you provide upon checkout.
Australia Post leaves the packages at a safe place at your address. If you don’t want the items to be left unattended we recommend the use of AusPost parcel lockers - more information here.
Standard Post
Standard Post means delivery in 2 or more business days within metro areas of major cities and up to 6 business days for country areas.
International Shipping
International shipping is via Australia Post to the country of origin postal service.
International Standard
Delivery is estimated at 6+ business days. When your order is dispatched you will be notified and a tracking number will be provided to you to track your order. The tracking number and notifications are sent to the email address that you provide upon checkout. International Standard Postage requires a signature.
International Express
Delivery is estimated within 2-4 business days (between major metro areas and depending on customs clearance). When your order is dispatched you will be notified and a tracking number will be provided to you to track your order. The tracking number and notifications are sent to the email address that you provide upon checkout.
International Express Postage requires a signature.
Tracking Your Order
Please click on the below link to be taken to the "Australia Post -Track Your Item" page. Here you are able to enter the tracking number that you have been provided with to see the location and progress of your order.
If the wrong address has been used for your order
Please contact us at fielddaysshop@gmail.com immediately so that we can try to update your address prior to having your order dispatched. Please note sometimes we cannot update your address as the order may have already been processed at the warehouse.
For Australian orders - If your order has been dispatched please contact Australia Post and see if they can update your address. In the early stages, this is sometimes possible https://auspost.com.au/receiving/manage-deliveries-in-transit
If your item has been sent/delivered to an incorrect address that was entered at the checkout it may be returned to us or held at a post office until it is returned to us. Once this return to sender is complete, we will contact you and provide you with a full refund minus postage costs, back to your original method of payment. Unfortunately, not all parcels with the wrong address placed on them will return and we can’t be responsible for any costs incurred. Please make sure to use the right address at check out.
Please double check all the shipping information, and make sure your name and address is CORRECT and COMPLETE. (Especially including unit/appartment number) to avoid any additional fee.
We are using a warehouse system to ensure your package will get send to you as soon as possible, and thus there is only a very short time window for you to change an order you have already submitted and paid for. We will, of course, do our best to help you out but we can not guarantee that we will be able to, before the package is already sent out for delivery.
In case you have filled incorrect or incomplete shipping information, make sure to contact us on shop@fielddaysshop.com as soon as possible and we will let you know if we can still change the information. Please be aware that there is $10 aud fee charged by our warehouse staff, in case the package hasn't left the warehouse yet.
In case the order has been shipped out already, we won't be able to change the address as Australia Post doesn't allow any changes to the address from our side. If you have an account with Aus Post - MyPost Account, you might be able to redirect the package yourself - only receiver can do these changes.
In case your order has been shipped out already, the order will get eventually returned back to us for $12 aud fee from Aus Post, then there will be additional $3 aud fee for re-sending the parcel from the warehouse to you again as well as the postage fee.
Transit times quoted here are estimated in business days and exclude local public holidays. Transit times quoted are subject to delays due to weather, holiday, rush times, and customs delays. During busy times in the shop, shipping may be delayed.
Please note that Field Days does not hold or accept any responsibility for packages that have been deemed lost, stolen, stuck in transit, or delivered. We may not issue refunds or store credit for packages that the courier confirms as lost in transit or delivered. Please contact your local postal service to locate your order.
International Taxes
Please note that we are not responsible for the payment of Customs or VAT Fees. This fee varies and is determined by each country. By processing an order, you agree and acknowledge you will pay any Customs and VAT fees that may occur.
Please note that if the order amount is deemed too large for our shipping options additional costs may be applied.
